VISITORS NEEDS RT-PCR TEST TO ENTER LAHAUL-SPITI 

We know that pandemic has affected India a lot and also the travel industry.  Government authorities have updated the Covid-19 Travel guidelines for different States.

Today I will tell you covid guidelines for visitors

Visiting Lahaul and Spiti valley.

 While in the current scenario travel to most places in India is not restricted but in few places, you still need an RT-PCR test to enter.

Lahaul Spiti

The District of Lahaul-Spiti needs RAT/RT-PCR test

for people traveling to Lahaul-Spiti. A test should be done at authorized covid centers and hospital

72 or 96 hours before entering the state.

• Tourists are not allowed to visit Khibber Village

     and the wildlife is prohibited.

•  Social distancing and wearing mask is compulsory and all the hotels should ensure that every tourist staying with them should be tested before going out for sightseeing.

Spiti valley is allowing visitors now from 17 Feb.

Spiti valley was closed for the visitors from last year due to COVID-19 but now from 17 Feb

Spiti is open for tourists with strict guidelines to follow as under:

• Wearing a mask and maintaining Social distance in public places is compulsory.

•  RT-PCR COVID-19 test is compulsory for the visitors entering spiti from a certified lab or hospital. 

Different Travelers who want to visit Spiti Valley were unable to visit due to covid restrictions from March last year but now

the spiti tourism and the concerned authority have decided to reopen spiti with strict guidelines to follow as tourism is the main highlight of Spiti valley.
